Raised by a single mother, at the age of twelve I began to understand the importance of hard work and utilizing whatever one had to achieve the best possible outcome. I applied those principles to my everyday existence as a child growing up and now as a professional I still believe the same. Limitations should never be seen as obstacles, but as opportunities for creative innovation. I have learnt that improvisation is a skill. Non-conventional thinking will allow you to explore other solutions to the same problem. With this mindset I have approached architectural practice embodied with the values of hard work and improvisation. Everyone has something of value to offer an organization. I enjoy challenges and am always willing to try something new. I revel in learning and see it as a never ending process regardless of age or experience
