Being a locally owned firm we understand the constraints faced by a first home owner developer to a large developer who are keen to develop a project. With experience ranging from standalone home design to warehouse and commercial projects, we are always keen to take on new and dynamic projects.
We believe in maintaining our Papua New Guinean identity in design. It is an imperative that our projects are tailored to the Papua New Guinean context. Schematic design
This service can capture anything from 3D modelling and photo realistic rendering of the project through to an animation fly-through in real-time perspective.
Feasibility studies and design concept development as well as Construction Administration and Project Management using modern and proven methodologies.
All our documentation will adhere to relevant statutory requirements. Submission of documents through the statutory process is also captured in this aspect.
